Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Absolutely not, they are not trustworthy at all Did this dentist explain your dental procedure to you? Absolutely not. I even asked for an explanation and was ignored Was this dentist's staff friendly? Not Really Are you going to visit this provider again? Not if my life depended on it Was the toothpaste used during your cleaning enjoyable? Yes

Fairly Easy Did your gums bleed excessively after your appointment? Not at all! They were very gentle and careful Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. Not only could I tell that the practiced good oral hygiene themselves, they had one of the brightest smiles I've ever seen. It gave me a lot more confidence that I was seeing someone who knew what they were talking about. They have some of the cleanest dental equipment I have ever seen. I have been going to the Corvallis office and find the hygienists and dentists to personable and professional. Also the staff have been courteous and helpful. Recently I have run into a couple problems that have required the input of outside specialists, on their advice and I respect them for that.

Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Not at all! They were always present and attentive Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Did this dentist allow you to regularly rinse your mouth during your procedure? Yes, I was able to rinse Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!

Does this provider use current and safe equipment? Yes Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? A few, but not too many Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
