THIS REVIEW IS FOR THE ORTHO PROGRAM (under Dr. Bergen) ONLY, NOT THE GENTLE DENTISTRY PRACTICE WITH WHICH WE HAVE NO COMPLAINT. My daughter, age 10, had only had braces since February (2015) with two follow up appointments. BOTH follow up appointments had to be corrected by the orthodontist, Dr. Bergen, because the technician is incompetent -- and unprofessional. Did this dentist pressure you to get any unnessary dental procedures? No, they never pressured me Was this dentist's staff friendly? Yes Did this dentist provide helpful oral health techniques you could practice at home? Yes Were you glad that you had the appointment with your provider? Yes Did the staff call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment? No, their staff isn't organized at all

I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. They are incredibly rude on the phone and in person they have the worst customer service I have ever seen. They made me terrified of going to the dentist. I would rather let my teeth rot and fall out than to go back there again. I found a wonderful dentist at Sunset Dental who showed me that dental care doesn't have to be a nightmare. Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely Not! Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Definitely not! I was constantly interrupted or cut off! Was this provider's office clean? No, I didn't feel comfortable at all Was this provider's office too loud? Yes, they need to move to a quieter location Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? No, they didn't show any sympathy or concern
