I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. They are incredibly rude on the phone and in person they have the worst customer service I have ever seen. They made me terrified of going to the dentist. I would rather let my teeth rot and fall out than to go back there again. I found a wonderful dentist at Sunset Dental who showed me that dental care doesn't have to be a nightmare. Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely Not! Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Definitely not! I was constantly interrupted or cut off! Was this provider's office clean? No, I didn't feel comfortable at all Was this provider's office too loud? Yes, they need to move to a quieter location Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? No, they didn't show any sympathy or concern

Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Yes, I was completely ignored for a long time! Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? No, there weren't many to choose from Are you going to visit this provider again? Not if my life depended on it Did you experience any unnecessary pain while your teeth were cleaned? Yes! Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? No, no one seemed to notice I was there Did this dentist give you your invoice promptly? No, I didn't receive one for over a week Did your gums bleed excessively after your appointment? No, they didn't bleed excessively Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? No, they were polite Have the fillings, crowns, or veneers you've received lasted? Not really, they only lasted a couple of weeks

Worst place for taking a child. Instead of easing the child in to dental care and explaining things to the child they were rude and told the child that they were bad. This child will probably be traumatized of dentist for its entire life. Truly sad....
