This was the finishing touch of our house. We had six trees removed and three guys came in and cleaned it up. Put sod down and did our flower beds. ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. paid to have a nice zoysia lawn laid down, after being told this will be the best looking lawn in the neighborhood and $1800 later all i have is dead sod and bunch of weeds. Then i was told there is nothing they could do to help and there is no warranty. Now i have to start all over from scratch with a whole lot less money in my pocket.
I have used Affordable Cuts for 2 years now. David Williams came and gave us a free estimate, and showed up with his workers the very next day. I can't say enough about what a mess our yard was. I just had a huge backyard landscape project done at my house, the week before Hurricane Sandy. It looked beautiful when it was finished. I was so worried about what would happen to all the new topsoil, mulch and trees when Hurricane Sandy came through this past Monday. My parent's yard has been neglected for many years and was in need of serious help to get it back in shape. David Williams, owner of Affordable Cuts, provided a fair and reasonable price to get the yard cleaned up and suggested a plan to help with ongoing maintenance. David and his crew worked extremely hard to take care of weeding of flower beds, hedge and tree trimming, edging and mowing. They cleaned up all the lawn waste and removed it from the site. The owner was friendly, efficient, and completed the job I needed done earlier than promised. He made a point of being there on the first and last day of the job. The crew used on the project I requested were all professional, hard-working, and polite. David Williams, the owner, would not accept a penny of payment until I was satisfied with the job. David and his crew took a pine tree down and also installed a drainage system from my back yard all the way to the front curb. They are very professional. His crew was great.
