Contractor did not complete work as expected and ruined much by not following instructions and way overcharged for work performed. He destroyed over 30 year old blue berry bushes he wasn't supposed to touch and his worker removed one completely along with other bushes that were to be replanted and was not. These bushes are well over $****** each. He did not mulch all flower beds as instructed, and tree limbs that were supposed to be removed. From the start, David and his crew have been fantastic! He assessed my situation and gave me a very competitive, affordable, and direct quote. Him and J.D. are two of the most polite people I've ever met. Lisa, who was handling payments and administration was amazing as well. During one of our recent storms a limb came down out of a tree and landed partially on my house and partially on the main power line to my house. After calling 3 others and having to leave messages and then on callback being told that there was a minimum fee that was pretty expensive I called Affordable Cuts. The phone was answered and after texting a pic of the damage I was given a quote that was much lower than the others "minimum fee".
