They don't take appointments, so it's first come first serve. So some times the wait is nerve racking. But the fee's are very reasonable it is a value.
They kept my dog overnight and when I called when they opened they have no info and couldn't tell us anything even though i was told I could call at 830. They said to call back at 11. wtf?! They couldn't tell how my dog was and there is NOBODY that is there overnight so if a dog dies in the middle of the night, they don't care. Horrible customer service and totally incompetent Doctor. Screw them and keep your pets away!!!
The wait is worth it
They have treated my dog for ear infections 3 times now they are the best . My dog gets out of control around other animals and they know how to handle him . Great staff affordable prices .
We needed a vet in a hurry and being new to the area our old vet was a bit far to drive for and emergency (Valencia) So we found a vet close by and this one came up. I have 3 cats and the 2 little ones are boys and like to play fight. It got a bit out of control and needless to say one of them ended up with an infected cut on his ear. We were able to get right in and the staff and Dr were excellent. He fixed my boy right up and since we were new he also got a free exam. We will definitely use this vet again!
