0 Stars if it would allow me to place here!!! Worst customer service ever.....definitely rude and not very intelligent young lady (dark hair/ somewhat humorously styled, very skinny) came from the back to help up front during the evening! She can't even follow their guidelines for walk-in customers(accepted until 8:30pm during 10Pm close days)! She consulted with a female receptionist (with multiple visible tattoos on arms, glasses, ponytail, somewhat big) that also severely lacked in customer service skills and intelligence... read more
El martes lleve a mi perrita y etsba bien me la entregaron muy mala y el miércoles regrese y fallecio hay un dr. Asiatico joven k desde k fui x primera ves no me gusto como me atendio. Y le comenté a una enfermera y me dijo k muchos clientes se quejan de el y le pregunte que porque no lo han corrido y solo me dijo no se porque jamas regresare a ese lugar tengan cuidado porfavor gracias. Es el que esta en Torrance.
Staff is very friendly. .pretty clean for veterinary. My dog had an abcess surgery done didbi good job always trrat my dog well here.
