Affinity Hospice was truly an amazing support to us in the care of my father. We met Grace at Stanford Hospital, in October, after my father had decided to be discharged on hospice. She made sure everything was completed quickly and all of his equipment was already at his home when we returned back to the Central Valley. I transferred my Lola from another hospice care to Affinity. We should have done it a lot sooner. Roy and his caring and compassionate team took great care of my grandma. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, they treated my loved one like she was family. Not every hospital or other facilities have good bedside manner like this place does.
