We cannot say enough positive things about DJ and the team at Affinity. We were six weeks into a challenging mortgage with Bank of America when they told us we had special stipulations added that affected closing. (This was their 3rd missed closing date) We were in danger of losing our dream home. I called DJ and explained the situation and he placed "all-hands on deck" for us. DJ and his team members Jason and Ashley are the best professional people you want to work with. My husband and I used them 3 times and each time it was a short closing i.e. less than 3 weeks and it worked every time very smoothly.
