I have been a patient of Dr. Molly Cook for a few years now, and have always found her to be kind, caring, efficient, and I really feel like she listens (its sooo refreshing to not feel rushed by a PCP!). I think she is a great doctor, and I feel fortunate to be a patient of hers. The front desk works are kind to me also, and they do a good job coordinating appointments and rescheduling them when I need that.
Been a patient for many years, but in the last few every single time my kids need to be seen there are never available appointments, I only go for annual physicals, but every time we need to be seen we cannot schedule appointments ahead of time its has become a call in the morning first come first serve and if the receptionist doesnt believe you need to be seen, they dont have anything available, for everything else that my family needs I have to take them to emergency clinics, i might as well go to a different clinic, its v... read more
