Sure, the aesthetic is nice, but it is really tough to get ahold of anyone at Affinity. If you doubt me, just give them a call and see if anyone picks up the phone. You have about a 10% chance of talking to a human.
BED BUGS! Do not move here. My dad's place was infested soon after he moved in. Trust me, you don't want to have to deal with that. Over half of his belongings had to be thrown away and it took months to rid them from his place. Affinity was not very helpful with the removal process.

How blessed are we to have Dean as one of our maintenance team. Any time he enters our home, he is professional, kind, personal, and adds his sense of humor. He treats us " older folks" with such grace and dignity. When something breaks, we know it's going to get taken care of in a timely manner and leave us with a smile ❤️
