These people are amazing. All my life I have been completely terrified of going to the dentist. Even had one doctor tell me "oh, this isn't a bad cavity. We won't even need to numb it." Right. i would like to say THANK YOU for all the people who worked with me.. i think her name was NINA. i was very very scared (havent been seen in 10+ years) and had to get a tooth out... she was very kind . also like to thank the dentist for putting up with me :) now hopefully nothing bad on the back end
I love afdent. I've been going there since 2006. They always make me feel important. I may not see the same people every time I go but the staff is always nice.
I was under the impression my final fit meant was part of the original $2000 cost of my dentures.I just received a statement from my insurance a claim had been made by Afdent,insurance denied.Called billing dept. was told that is an additional cost & insurance doesn't cover I am responsible.VERY poor explanation of cost from Afdent rep.

They were friendly and made me feel very at ease! Payments are reasonable too!
You have a very friendly and informative staff. Even though my son wound up not being treated , you were all very understanding and helpful in getting him treatment at a partnering facility promptly. Thank you for your time and patience.
