They failed to tell me that I was going to be seen by another dentist and nurses. I liked my dentist. Although I knew none of their names because I was always on gas and barley remember any of the visit. The lady who was taking care of me stopped the drilling in my mouth. Took it out. Looked at it. And drilled back down to my gums and hit my gums a few times. Which is why I was in so much pain when everything wore off. I had to have a wisdom tooth taken out in in an emergency situation and they were great! I got right in and the staff was great. The dentist was very friendly and quick. I had no pain after the procedure. I didn't need any pain meds the next day!
The set up was is a bit confusing but other than that it was ok and may I add the staff was Awesome
I love Afdent and have liked each dentist I have had....except for the one that I had Nov.1.2016 it's a female and she had an attitude. Next appointment hope to have someone else.
People there are fantastic!!! If I have any issues they get me in right away!!
5 stars for the appointment I had in April to have my crown done! Everyone that I saw then was amazing and did a fantastic job and ZERO stars for today because I came back thinking I would be on the free cleaning program... WRONG! for one there was no communication in the office so I didn't even get my cleaning today even though when I called back the lady said that my appointment was in fact for a consultation and a cleaning... I love AFDENT dental Fw!! They make you calm and give you options. I have seen several dentist over the years and only like 1 other until I was told about AFDENT. I'm never going to anyone else ever!! Love their staff. The staff is awesome and did great with me
