I financed a treatment plan for all services needed at visit. They admitted they were over paid by my insurance with no reconciliation and wanted to charge me again for part of the treatment plan I financed. I didn't have insurance they said that I could pay $1,700 for impressions and PAY the last $1 700 at surger, I asked if I could put $700 down and I come later put another $700 later the lady that helped said yes so I paid them the $700 she gave me a receipt and I left. Two days later I got a letter asking for the whole $3,400 before they can help me. I asked for my $700 back. I was told that they can send the $700 in a check so I'm waiting for my money. I’ve been seeing Afdent for years (so has my mom). I am always happy with the service I receive. Today I had dental surgery done there and they did everything they could to make me comfortable. Leading up to it they never judged me- only one courage’s me and helped me. I definitely recommend them for any dental need.
Afdent dental group has been great for my family. My daughter has braces, and has been several times for adjustments They are always kind, timely, and get her in. I had several fillings, and was happy with my service. I thought they were professional and courteous.
Went in a chicken came out a champ. If you don't like the dentist then this is the place to go I was taken care of really well and I will be using them again 🙂
