My experiences with Afdent have been so good over the years that I have changed insurance providers to continue my relationship with Afdent.
I don’t understand for the life of me why this place thrives on causing mental distress and anxiety to the point of causing a patient to want to harm themselves. For what? money!!!! Too bad there may be some good people here but because they work here it makes them ugly. I’m so sad. Sick to my stomach really. Why must a patient get upset to get anything done. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO AM ENEMY A BUNCH OF THRIVES AFTER A YEAR AND OVER $20,000 and they still want more money They did a horrible job driving 15 hours every 2.5 months old INSANE IM SICK TO MY STOMACH RIGHT NOW I’ve been on site since 9am and whole sitting in my car heard complaints then go back in to hear a man talk his wife that after all this money honey they want another 3300 . Two days and 6 HOURS IN THE CHAIR, for a cost of TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS CASH and they botched the root canal. I lost the tooth because the son of the owner drilled too far. If you want it done right, DO NOT GO HERE. This whole ordeal was a fiasco!! Bait and switch swindlers.
Very professional and gets to the bottom of problems.
