I would never recommend urgent care. My appointment was at 12:47, I wasn’t seen until 1:55, no big deal, I understand they’re busy, however my boss who was exposed with me her appointment was at 11:30 and she wasn’t texted until 3:26 pm to come inside and get tested- where’s the logic? Also it’s been coming up on 4 hours now and no results- not a huge deal- EXCEPT I was guaranteed results in 20 minutes, and nobody will answer the phone after numerous phone calls. Appt was done in reasonable time , professional staff , nurse took time to answer my concerns.
They’re very professional
Had appointment at 4:00 for COVID test. Was told running a few minutes behind. Went back in at 4:45. Told 15-20 minutes. Got to check in at 5:20. Sitting here waiting until 5:40. People cancelling and leaving that have been waiting longer than me. I leaving too. They don’t seem to care. Do not come here. Bye Felicia
