Attentive and very helpful
Disappointed with my treatment at this urgent care facility. The staff is courteous and respectful but $150 for 2 minutes for the Dr. to tell me I should go to the ER. It seems as if the Dr. who “treated” me had a prefixed diagnosis before even fully examining me. I end up going to an ER afterwards.
This was my first trip to the facility and if it wasn’t for the attentive and supportive medical assistant, Lisa, I wouldn’t return. Dr. Moy lacked bedside manner and compassion. He was affective however lacked patience and empathy. Luckily Lisa’s assistance outshone my distaste for the attending doctor and I would definitely return.
This was our first time ever going to an Urgent Care. I didn’t know which one to use so I googled it and this one had the best ratings. They were absolutely right. The staff, nurses technician and Doctors are professional, compassionate and polite. We had the honor of seeing Dr. Moy, he listened to all of the symptoms and was thorough in evaluating the cause. I would highly recommend if you ever need quick and kind care to visit this office.
