I was here last week for an ear issue. I booked a 2:20 PM appointment through their preferred online booking system, but I wasn’t seen until around 3:40 PM. What made the experience more frustrating was that someone who checked in after me was seen before me. When I asked the receptionist about it, she couldn’t explain why.
