AFC Urgent Care Eagle Run is a great as an urgent care and/or primary provider, no matter who I've seen - doctor, PA, NP, APRN. Whether going in for check-ups, health concerns or urgent care, the provider listened well and addressed the situation. If they didn't have an answer at that time, they researched the best ways to address the situation either while I was there or would call me with their findings. I've used this clinic in the past and have always been pleased, however my recent visit did not go well......it seems the Doctor they used to have, who was so thorough and compassionate has retired. I have been so ill with all of the Covid/Flu symptoms possible.....and I had to ask for these tests to be done??????? what has happened to standard procedures that should be a given?????? and I assure you, COMPASSION be damned! This urgent care is a scam clinic. Never go to this place!!! First, the urgent care never followed up with you on the blood work test result. What’s more frustrating is their billing system. They never billed to my insurance company but trying to charge me additional money directly. I was trying to get the billing issue solved for months, both called my insurance company and the urgent care for at least 5 times. Every time received the same response from the urgent care. Their negligent and incompetence could have killed me. I had to go to a real emergency room within hours of being here due to the staff being incapable of correctly performing routine tests.

The staff are very nice but completely unhelpful in a MEDICAL sense. Sent my 3year old with saline. Next day she was diagnosed with double ear infection and chest infection. The PA looked up information on the Internet and came back to report what she found. Unprofessional and dangerous. Went back on Christmas Eve for a Covid test for myself ( out of desperation ) and they did NOTHING more. Again the PA was sweet but did nothing more than test me and offer no advice whatsoever.
