I took my mother this morning for a problem with her eye. She saw Dr Depret-Guillaume. My mother has had her voice box removed and it's hard for her to talk so she wanted me to ask the doctor a question about her eye if it could be related to a hereditary condition that I have. Before I could ask the whole question he cut me off and she tried to ask and he cut her off. I have not had to use your services, but I know when the time comes, your clinic will be my first choice! When I called to inquire about your services, all of my questions were answered without hesitation and the voice on the other end was most delightful. I felt like the person that I spoke to really wanted to make sure that I received all of the information I need. I am already impressed!
Hidden fees are the WORST. It's a billing practice Doctors Express should reconsider, especially when people are smart enough to find them coupled with telling the entire world about it via facebook and the internet.
Doctors Express has always taken great care of me. Billing is billing.... Doctors Express didn't design the world we live in. Insurance companies along with the contract each company sets up with them. Folks need to understand the insurance policies they have before visiting any doctors office and or any medical facility. Time to grow up and stop expecting everyone to take care of you.
Unlike most people that typically write a review, I am writing to pay a compliment. I am happy with the doctors that treat me and I am always made to feel so welcomed by the staff. My bill is always reasonable, considering it is an URGENT CARE. I think this is a great office and I will continue to use your services.
