They provide great service and have very convenient hours, this is the only doctors office I use now.
Whether a large medical issue or small, I trust them for my medical care and the care of my children. They are are friendly, fast and efficient! Both doctors are personable and take the time needed to treat their patients. The other Roanoke physicians could learn from them both!
I love Doctors Express. The nurses are always very friendly and there is very little wait time. The doctors are knowledgeable and willing to help. They are always albe to get me back to work promptly and with a note. Thank you guys so much for all you have done for me!!!!

When a patient tells you they get strep every year they are probably pretty in tune with what it feels like. The logical thing to do if a rapid test fails would be to recommend a culture as most doctors do, not to make the patient come back and pay another copay in order to have it done!
They really like to give X-rays, even for a simple cold.
Was signed in and back to see the Dr. Within 20 minutes , the Dr was very nice and very professional , she understood my pain and prescribed the right antibiotic and bladder pain relief for infection .
