I went a couple days ago and the wait took forever when it seemed like no one was there. I was highly disappointed. No soap and paper towels in the room I had to wait in or paper on the table to sit on. The wait was longer then the advice I got. I will never go back there. I know we’re in a pandemic but if they’re scared to work they shouldn’t be there.
RecommendedI have used Urgent Care in Vernon several times and have also been treat properly and treated with care. I will be using Urgent Care unless it’s a emergency .
Call patients back with their test results before the office closes especially when testing for COVID and especially being positive. Which I was told ny results were on the doctors desk and I would get a call back and didn't. I had to call the lab myself. Unacceptable
