I didn’t leave a review originally because I don’t like to shame people but this is ridiculous! I went in for low abdominal pain I thought were kidney stones. Rather than tell me they couldn’t help, they scheduled an appointment with me over the phone. I show up and the nurse/Dr. comes to see me while finishing a sandwich. No big deal. Takes my vitals, asks why I’m there (which should have been known), and tells me I needed to go to the hospital for an ultra sound, which I did, and still no big deal. RecommendedMy son and I went for anti-bodies testing. Got an appointment within 24 hours. Nurse very helpful with overview of the blood test. Test was painless, a slight prick and my son is a crybaby when it comes to needles. Results came back in 24 hours with a phone call by the nurse. The facility was spotless, and the wait time was less than 5 minutes. Highly recommend this walk-in clinic. Jane Segall Westport
Was there on 4/19/20. I walked in and the receptionist asked what I was there for. There was a table in between the reception desk and the waiting room so I had to yell in front a room of other patients what my symptoms were. I made eye contact with all the other people giving me sympathetic looks because I had to announce my private medical problem. She said “sorry, but I need to tell the dr before we agree to see you”. Fast. Thorough and very nice.
Louise, Doug and Scott were terrific. I had brought my husband in once, and my daughter. Now it was my turn. They were great. Fixed me right up. I won’t go to any other Urgent Care (fingers crossed I won’t need to!!!).
Do not visit this center if you have a child with a disability or special needs or of if you are a person with a disability or special needs. My 11-year-old son, who has autism and is non-verbal and that has health issues that are controlled by his regular pediatrician was refused a physical this morning because according to the nurse, the doctor can only perform physicals on typical and healthy children. Love this place no other urgent care works for me anymore �. Thank you AFC
3rd time I've been there..I haven't been examined..just Dr rushes in talks for 2 secs and leaves. Even called in someone else's script for me luckily pharmacist caught it and called Dr about it. Will never go back! Absolutely horrible service.
Very helpful. Easy handicapped access. Fast service.
