Very professional and friendly!
This was our first-ever visit to an urgent care, and our experience was exceptional. Everyone was friendly, from the receptionist to the medical assistant and nurse practitioner. Both the medical assistant and nurse practitioner were thorough and attentive. They understood my son’s disability and treated him with patience, kindness, and compassion. Brought my 5 yr old son in this morning. He's had a pretty bad cough and everything that goes with that. We go to the Worcester,Ma location on West Boylston Street. Everyone is really friendly. A couple people before us but we got in pretty fast. The nurse saw us immediately, and only tool a little over 5 minutes after she had done her thing for the Doctor to come in to see my son.
