I can honestly say that I would not recommend this place to anybody!!! Lack of interest of proper care on the patient. It seems more as they are open for the money only but the services is pathetic!!! So I end up taking my daughter who is sick and congested I am told to go to the pharmacy and buy anything or whatever I want over the counter and to take Tylenol... I preregistered online. When I get to the place they state I need to wait 1hr and 1/2. First of all how is this quick service? Also, what is the point of pre-registering? All I’m saying December 31st seems to be a busy day, perhaps there should be several doctors working then the time would go faster!
Competent, capable, professional and friendly staff/doctors. The facility is spotless and well equipped. Highly recommend them for urgent care.
I came to this location because I was not feeling well . Biggest mistake I’ve made yet ! I arrived at 1:42pm TODAY had a strep test done at 1:52pm which I know is a rapid step and it’s done in 5 minutes as I used to work for this company and now it’s currently almost 2:40pm and I’m still waiting to be seen ! So now I go out and ask the nurse how much longer and she replies “ oh I’ll go tell the dr to come in now I’m sorry “ they are not even busy the rooms were empty when I came in and even then I waited 5 minutes to be take... read more
It's a very nice well kept, clean, nice people. I highly recommend it to anyone. I had taken my granddaughter there and they took very good care of her. Staff is very polite and nice.
Excellent place, very clean, fast and very good attention and pioneer in the lastest technology applied in medical treatment, a definitive place to go for minor emergencies in the every day living. I highly recommend this place to my friends and family, specially with children
