Had to go there for a smallish cut on my finger, I was seen within 15 mins. Great facility and the employees made me feel very calm.
Just had my second visit to Doctors Express in Marlborough. The entire staff is great. From the very warm welcome you receive the minute you walk in to the entire medical staff. The nurses are incredibly nice, very knowledgeable and helpful. I have seen two different Doctors and both were great. They listen with complete interest and were unbelievably comforting and helpful. When you are not feeling well this is the kind of welcoming/comforting environment you want to be in. Thank you to everyone and keep up the great work.
My grandson when in there and he got great care. The parents love it, the staff were very friendly. Thank you!
Very disappointed with the level of service that was provided to my husband. He went in with a severe case of the flu and 103.7 fever and they did nothing to help him. Told him to drink Gatorade, took his co-pay and sent him home. Absolutely disgraceful that you would send someone that dangerously sick home with no prescription medicine and they should have given him IV fluids. Sorry but we will never return
What an amazing experience with this staff for my 7 month old who was with an ear infection. Local on call had directed us to the ER and we declined as we knew that would be hours of waiting for something of this nature. We chose to drive 40 minutes which is conveniently close to my work and we are so happy we did! Caring and friendly staff to help with all your questions and needs. Dr Latimer is A++++++ in our book!
