RecommendedThe location is most convenient. The service was extremely courteous and professional, however the wait time seemed quite long for the circumstances. There didn’t appear to be a particularly heavy customer/patient load, but the wait time after taking vitals and the paperwork was considerably longer than I would reasonably have expected, perhaps especially since we were not given an estimate as to how long the wait would be.

RecommendedMade it easy to get tested people were pleasant
My family and I went in today to be tested for COVID around 1:30. The brunette at the front desk stated “We are full. Come back at 4 and we can get you in.” We waited and came back right at 4 and she said “Did you call?” I said, no, you said to come back at 4. She stated “Well, I said to call.” That never happened. Poor customer service and we were all exposed by someone who tested positive. There should have been accommodations made for your mistake or at the very least an apology. Will never return.
RecommendedI personally have had nothing but great experiences here with both doctors.. but last night I took my 75 year old great grandmother here at 7:40 PM and the doors were locked and she wasn’t able to be seen. She called today and spoke to the manager and she still didn’t get a answer except that “we arrived later then 7:40 PM. So below I will attach a picture that is TIME STAMPED.
