I went in for a suspected UTI. I just moved to the area. I was seen very fast and had a very kind nurse and doctor. I was helped and felt very comfortable and at ease, despite my white coat syndrome, and my never being there before. :)
The staff here is astonishly incompetent. I watched someone walk in actively having an allergic reaction, and they made no attempt to help. The patient then passed out in the bathroom and staff still did not take them back for care. Meanwhile, they had me filling out an online registration while my head was in a vomit basin until I begged for them to take my insurance and ID manually. In April 22, 2026 i went to urgent care to get a TB shots. Went I went back Friday the 24 , for them to check my result. I have no lump on my skin just a little red since I got the shot, I wasn't sick this was a requirement for a job application. Remember just becouse is red , the result is not positive . So he measures the redness 5mm. He touch it and was not lump..it wasn't acceptable. I know I should go back and get it fix but I have not confident on that place.
