HORRIBLE! DIDN'T SEE THE KNEE FRACTURE IN MY XRAY! Two days ago I went in to have xrays of my knee done. It felt like something had been broken. They took the xrays, told me there were no problems with the bones in my knee and to call someplace for an MRI. I left and got in touch with Panorama who asked for my xray results because they had my referral but no images. ⸻ I’m so grateful for the care I received at American Family Care for a painful inner ear infection. I highly recommend using the online check-in—I had zero wait time because I pre-booked my visit. The doctor was incredible, taking the time to sit down and even draw a diagram to explain what was going on in my ear, which I really appreciated as a visual learner. The NP and front desk staff were awesome too. Quick, thoughtful, and compassionate care all around!
