First I would like to say it’s not all bad, the staff up front and the nurses are very friendly and helpful. However I made the mistake of going for a second time. Misdiagnosed on both visits. This past time my child’s arm was broken, we were told it wasn’t broken then referred to the ER. The worst part I would have to say was how rude the doctor was to my 4 year old who was in obvious pain. He even said to him “Well it’s not broken, so I don’t know what you’re crying about”
Went in today due to my son broke his arm, Gave them my insurance info along with my id. There debit card was down. I asked can u just bill me $25 co-pay they told me no. She asked if I can go to bank machine. I told her if i have to leave for a bank machine I'm going down the street. She told me they can not see him till they get their $25 co-pay. As this was their machine problem not mine. Left went down the street to the next urgent care. No problems their debt machine worked fine. Would not go again. To think u turned aw... read more
