Went in for a laceration in my hand. They refused to give me stitches, said the cut was too deep. Went to the ER. They were all laughing when I told them urgent care said it was too deep. I just left my appointment with a hand doctor. He also said urgent care should have been able to handle it 🤦♀️ cut my stitches right out and said I probably didn’t even need them.

They need better training when someone goes in for severe itching and not instantly assume something else. That foolish n.p tells me i had scabies and use prescribed scabies med. i let him know i do not live in such an environment. Was examined by 2 physicians and a nurses who found no such evidence. Needless to say Im still angry and embarassed. i want to report him to the authorities but i dont want to aggravate my condition
Just wanted to say how amazing my visit was today! Through all of the craziness going on I still felt calm and was seen very fast! Everyone was still very friendly and I have a lot of respect for everyone at this facility during this crazy time! Much love ❤️

What a waste of time. We called to ask if they did specific tests, they assured us that they did. Repeated what we were after at check in, and were allowed to check in, pay a co-pay, and sit and wait. It wasn’t until being called back they told us they don’t do them. That’s irresponsible and alarming that you would choose to mislead patients. It’s not like there aren’t hundreds of these facilities around.
I would recommend this urgent care facility over others because they are very friendly and accommodating. Dr. Willed is the doctor that I see. He is very caring, friendly, listens to everything you say. He is very good at what he does. I go to that Urgent Care because of the people that work there. I also found out they are DOT certified so I will be going there in the future for my physicals. Thank you for your kind treatment.
The staff is always great with my boys!
