The doctor was odd and somewhat condescending but it was a quick sick visit and it served my purpose - I got meds, got a doctors note and went home to sleep . I would come back again for minor things like sick visits so I don't need to wait at my PCP
Nursing and welcome staff was wonderful!! The Dr. I saw was rude and condecending. He made me feel stupid and I do not think I will ever return. It is a shame because the rest of the team was very friendly.
Upset at myself for not getting everyone's name. First experience at a walk-in clinic. I WILL BE BACK. Thank you Valerie (at the front desk), thank you to the nurse (who took my vitals) and thank you Dr. Shcoen. Very efficient and after following your instructions (just for 24 hours) My bronchitis is a million percent better. I mean this nicely, I hope I don't have to come and see you anytime soon. Thanks again.
Good staffing a quick service for a walk in clinic. I recommend them.
Can't get your billing right. Came here and was informed I had a "balance" from a visit in the pas that I was mis diagnosed on. So they failed to put my insurance though correctly now I have to jump through hoops to make sure the incorrect billing doesn't affect my credit score thanks I asked to me speak to the director not sure if they had one...
