Was there yesterday, check in online was easy. Doctor was nice left with flu diagnosis and meds. Front desk lady was not so nice.
Everyone was very nice and I was in and out in 20 mins.
I checked in online so I wouldn't have to wait when I got there but when I arrived the woman that was at the desk told me there was a long wait and barked orders at me to use purel and give her my credit card, insurance card and ID. She must have been having a bad day but there was no need for the attitude. The nurse that took my info/vitals was very nice and the highlight of the experience. My wife and I have visited Urgent Care a few times; have never been disappointed. They’re wonderful, efficient, clean and the doctor was very thorough in explaining my condition and how to address it. Urgent Care is my go to medical place.
Just had occasion to visit the Dedham Urgent Care. Front desk staff lovely, short wait time and Dr. Schoen was great! Smart, pleasant and fast! Highly recommend if the need arises.
