RecommendedI highly recommend AFC Urgent Care. I was in and out in 45 minutes which included exam, X-ray and splint fitting. I interacted with several staff members who were all very caring and very efficient! I hope I won’t have another injury but would definitely return if needed!
This place is terrible! You make an appointment, arrive 10 Minutes before as instructed and they tell you to sit in car for approximately 1 hour !!
I visited this facility for a COVID-19 antibody test, and was appalled by the rude behavior of the front desk receptionist. When I explained my reason for the visit, she immediately stated with an attitude that ten people were ahead of me, even though the website indicated a wait time of zero minutes and also clearly stated than an appointment was not necessary. Several great experiences! Professional and compassionate.
This place is a joke. Went in and paid my $60 co pay. The wait wasn’t long. I was called back. The “nurse” did not take any vitals or anything. Asked me some questions about my weight, etc and wrote it down on the back of a folded up piece of paper. The doctor came in about 15 minutes later. Asked a couple of questions and made a diagnosis and wrote a prescription without doing an exam. When I question about why there was no exam he said if the problem doesn’t get better I can come back and then they’d do an exam. Then they ... read more
We went here a few times and we were always pleased. They changed doctors. Wasn’t pleased .... tried to explain to him my daughter had a fever and bad chest congestion. He cut me off and just told me allergies are bad this year ! No sh..t ! I have allergies! Had to take my daughter to her pediatrician two days later . The nurses and other staff were very helpful. But I won’t go back until they change doctors!
