Yesterday's visit and today's phone call were awful! Very rude! Never been that bad before! The one that took my vitals yesterday was rude and hateful when I told her she would have to take my blood pressure manually!
The best place to go in Cleveland! Been here 3 times in last 2 weeks with my family for one thing or another. Everyone is so friendly & sweet. Only complaint is that if patient is a child please offer to turn tv off or to something more age appropriate. I know now to request this when we come back. My 9 year old son informed me he has been scarred for life with what he saw on tv today. Got 20 question on way home today...

I thought the staff was great! You can tell they had a busy week dealing with lots of sick patients but they were very kind, attentive, and my wait from waiting room to dr was about 30 minutes. I would recommend.
