I love that our town has such a great place to go for urgent care! I managed to stick a rusty tack in my finger and by the next morning it was very swollen and painful. I went to AFC and they took excellent care of me in a very reasonable time frame. Even if I did have to get a tetanus shot, it was still a very pleasant experience. The staff is amazing and so attentive and Dr Rudolph is the best!
AFC Urgent Care in Cleveland has always went above and beyond to ensure that my needs are met. My time has always been respected as well as an extremely welcoming staff. I would definitely recommend AFC to everyone.
Cassie, the nurse and the front desk people were extremely nice, but the nurse with the doctor and the doctor were extremely rude!! It takes a lot to make Korey mad, and for him to call and complain, says a lot. So for the doctor there, you are lucky I was not there. For you to give less than 45 seconds to my little boy who has staph on his leg shame on you. Took a friend there about 15 minutes before they closed and was turned away. He had a big gaping cut on his arm. It ended up needing 8 stitches. The nurse saw the cut and the blood. You need to stay open the hours you are advertised and not turn someone in need of medical attention away.
I was very pleased with a Sunday afternoon walk in to the clinic. Clean office, pleasant staff. In/Out in 30 minutes. Very Satisfied. Cleveland, TN.
