Unlike most urgent care or walk in clinics, UFC charge for paperwork to be filled out. I had to pay a total of $50 to be paid for FMLA paperwork and for return to work paperwork. Will not be going back. Go somewhere that doesn't charge you for these services. At least not charge you twice. There's other places around the city that offer the same services without the ridiculous charges.
Went to have my ear checked because it was ringing and felt numb at times. I got the Co-vid drill which I expected and I was okay with that. While waiting I had to use the bathroom. Asked the girl at the counter about a restroom and she rudely told me to go back outside and wait. I refuse to do anything with a rude and disrespectful establishment. I will never visit them again. My daughter was crying and irritable with a ear infection and her pediatrician couldn’t get her on for a couple of hours so I took her to AFC and we were in and out in 30 minutes! Jessi and Justin were beyond amazing. It wasn’t just customer service you could tell they genuinely cared about her! I highly recommend AFC!
