After a pool accident, needed x rays on a late Sunday evening right before closing. Every employee there was overwhelmingly courteous and attentive. Thank you to the nurse Hannah, Ben NP, and Skylar (Manager) for all your help. I’d recommend this AFC to anyone and everyone! Excellent job!
Yesterday I went to the Cleveland TN, AFC Urgent Care and everyone was very pleasant and helpful. I was in and out in less than a half hour. TheNurse, Dr and Physicians assistance got straight to the point and explained the best options for my issue. This was the second time I've went to an AFC Urgent Care where everyone was easy to talk to. I would highly recommend this place!!
I was soo impressed with my entire visit from start to finish. Everyone was pleasant from the time I walked into the urgent care. Thank goodness there was only one person ahead of me. They called me back just shortly after I was seated. Did a strep test and checked me out. I had an ear infection so they faxed over a prescription for an antibiotic and I was out the door in record time! The entire staff was top notch! I highly recommend this urgent care!
Walked in to get my wrist checked out after falling on it while roller skating the day before. The timeliness of getting checked in was a bit of a wait but the clinic was busy so if was good. Dr. Brotherton was very thorough in her examination and answered all my questions. The X-ray technician, Cassie, was really sweet. Really enjoyed my visit.
My family and I were on vacation and my daughter needed urgent care for a fish hook in her finger. We were welcomed at 7pm with the easiest check in process and friendly staff. Within 20 min we were in a room and being taken care off. Dr Golden was amazing and helped settle her nerves. He explained everything he needed to do, and even came back with suckers after he was done. I was extremely impressed with the overall experience and care.
