Started getting a cold, went in and was out within an hour! The doctor and staff are so polite!! If you want to be in and out fast go here!

I have had probably the worst cold ever this week. I went in on Tuesday, and I wasn't extremely thrilled with the nasal spray the doctor gave me, especially since I felt so horrible I got sent home from work on Wednesday and couldn't work on Thursday. Friday night, Doctors Express called me and asked if I was feeling better. I told them I wasn't, so they told me to come back in, and since it was less than 7 days, it wouldn't cost me another co-pay. I went in, the doctor was so nice, and she listened to what I had to say. Dr Rudolph & Connie Hall did great. The ladies at the counter was courtesy and quick. I was in & out in less than 40 mins. Loved the TV's in the rooms. Will definitely go back.
Staff is very friendly in the lobby.. people that do the vitals are very nice... doctors are very knowledgeable but SHOULD NOT LIE to customers! What medicine you need you need you may as well forget it! At least they do tell you if it gets worse go see a "REAL DOCTOR"
