I visited this location for the first time today and was really blown away by the outstanding patient care I was given! Sabrina and Steph took such wonderful care of me, as did the manager Ana! They were very professional, but also took the time to listen to my concerns and put me at ease. Every employee treated me so kindly, it was a great visit all around! I'll definitely be back.
The staff is very knowledgeable, efficient and very friendly. Dr. Lindsey is a great compasionet physician and takes his time to explain everything in layman's terms and answers all of your questions.
Went first thing in the morning. Got right in. The doc was great and I didn't freak like he was just treating to bill me. He could have done a bunch of extra procedures but he didn't think they were necessary and gave me the choice. Awesome front desk staff.
Professional, caring, helpful and great care. I recommend them to everyone!
In for a drug screen. In / out about 30 mins, not bad. Worst part was MSNBC on waiting room tv. That's enough to make one ill.
Nov 19, 2016 The place nice inside but the people are so rude. The young lady that check people in she is rude as all get out. She yelled for me across the room for a payment. She told me the price I asked why they she explained that charge the same price as the hospital. I said oh okay walked away to get my money then she yelled name name and stated I need your payment before you can be seen. So I had to yell back at her. She is very rude. Not sure about Woodfuff Rd. But, the one on Wade Hampton is a joke...One employee to get everyone checked in..The wait was so long that we left and came to The Exigent on Wade Hampton where we received prompt attention. ..Will never go back to AFC...
