The wait time is terrible. I waited 2.5 hours for assistance. The registration staff took 45 minutes to input my information. The staff was not efficient and was rude. It was not organize. I will not be coming back at all. The front desk staff continued to say that they were short staff but that’s not our issue. Just very unprofessional.
Worst place to get checked out at. You would be better with a witch doctor or a cult leader. The only reason why I have been back is for a drug test for my new job which I'm surprised that they could even do that. This place is a bad joke
As I stated in my Google review I realize that this is in a busy location and it is cold and flu season, however it is excessive to have to wait 3 hours for you to be seen at an URGENT (KEY WORD URGENT) Care. My husband had the flu so my bright idea was to take him to the nearby URGENT Care, big mistake. Just took my 1 year old baby girl with a fever and was informed by the lady at the front desk that they no longer see kids this age. Say what???When questioning her she became very annoyed and told us they’ve changed their policy and all she could do was give us the phone number for their MD360...mind you, it’s closed too! Anyway, very frustrating because my baby has a fever and now I am having to drive her all the way to another clinic...and very frustrated with the lady at the desk!
Made a “reservation” online and still waited 2.5 hours 2 different days and the wait time they post is never accurate!!! Won’t be back!
RecommendedThe staff here was very attentive and efficient. They took good care of my daughter and got her all set up with what she needed to feel better. The facility was clean, much larger inside than I expected, and very well kept. We normally go to MD360 in Five Forks for emergent care, but they opened at 10am, and AFC opened at 8 am. Highly recommend. ♥️
Been waiting to get a drug test for over 3 hours. Ridiculous.
Came here for an x-ray because I was still having pains in my foot from a motor vehicle accident. Waited almost 3 hours only to be told I would have to pay full price out of pocket since it was a motor vehicle accident. Because it was the other parties fault, my insurance will not cover it. No one told me this upfront and I clearly marked on my form at intake that it was accident related.
