RecommendedThanks to having bronchitis from the pollen, I had to pay a visit to the the AFC. The receptionist was pleasant, Nina was efficient and pleasant with her assessment, and Dr. Adams could not have been more efficient. He was more than willing to discuss my ideas for treatment based on previous problems from the pollen. The wait to be seen was reasonable, the facility was very clean. I highly recommend AFC Woodruff R.
I had to wait for over an hour just to get a 60 second TB test placed. The receptionist had to argue with the doctor and convince him to do my TB test rather than make me wait for another patient’s full-length visit before I was finally taken back. I felt like a burden or an inconvince rather than a patient who was cared for and respected. I would have left if I hadn’t already paid for my test.
I was very pleased with the service I had got from this urgent care location . Very friendly / professional and down to earth staff ! Thank you

This place is just awful, very dirty plus the staff is just plain unprofessional. The guy at the window kept calling me sweetie and he was rude, the girl sitting beside him was rolling her eyes so hard that she seemed miserable. Unacceptable in my opinion.
Upon my next visit I was shown great customer service from the desk and awesome care by medical assistant Stephanie and Dr Lindsey. He listened and examined me thoroughly. Definitel y recommend this place for urgent care. Remember it's urgent care so sometimes there will be a bit of a wait.
The most amazing experience ever! Mike was so helpful and hands down the smoothest experience at a doctor we have ever had! Thank you to every single staff member! Would recommend this experience to anyone!
