I went about three months back for high blood pressure and they wouldn’t even let me in the door. I scratched my eyeball earlier today and my eye doctor told me to go have it checked out. I called the number, no one answered the phone, no prompt to leave a message, and recording didn’t say they were not taking walk ins. When I arrived they said they were not taking walk-ins. Don’t bother going here

Hi- we apologize for what happened today. However, the phone message clearly states that you need to reserve your spot online, as does our website, right at the top of the home page. Unfortunately- when we accept all walk-ins, we get complaints about safety issues related to overcrowding. When we do not, we get patients like you that are very understandably frustrated (and we get it, we hate turning away people too). RecommendedClean , kind but I was told there was 1 patient before me then I waited through most of the “masked” potential,Flu patients who were coming in after me - took me a hour to get seen. It’s a terrible Flu season, I realize, but I had a painful migraine so it seemed forever .

Efficient, sharp, kind. The providers are excellent. They have xray and everything they need to give good care.
If you’re considering coming to this urgent care do not waste your time! They expect a referral from your dr clearly if we are walking into an urgent care we can’t make it to our drs. It’s def not a walk in clinic if you need a referral! I called my dr for a referral and said that it doesn’t even make sense smh! They suck better off going to the hospital they can’t turn you away!
Awesome people very friendly very helpful.
I was was not feeling well with a cough and other symptoms the service and NP were very good they took an ex--ray and gave me some prescriptions.
AFC takes your time seriously. Very professional, compassionate and thorough care! I would highly recommend AFC Beverly.
