RecommendedThis was my first experience using Urgent Care. I found the staff friendly and helpful. My wait was not very long after I turned in the required paper work. The Doctor was very nice and took time with me. I did not feel hurried or rushed. There is a CVS next door where I got my prescription filled. This was very convenient. I was very happy with my experience.
I was visiting from out of state & had taken a fall at Balboa Park...they too me in with minimal wait & took fantastic care of me...such a caring staff...and best of all y’all took my insurance!

The Gal behind the counter was sincerely courteous and friendly and professional. The doc who saw my daughter was awesome and I was actually glad that we got him. I left feeling confident that all would be well. My daughter who typically doesn’t like guy docs felt very comfortable with him and that says a lot.
My daughter and I visit this urgent care Saturday. I had a very bad cough and my daughter was sure I had pneumonia ( her dad died of this 5 years ago) . So the doctor was great taken care of me and assuring her that I did not have pneumonia. As we were walking out my daughter passed out. The doctor helped her had 911 called. She was so calm and also did very well of calming me down and explaining what was happening. If I need urgent care agian I will go here. My daughter and I recently had to be seen here and we can’t express enough how nice the visit was. Excellent care, friendly staff, and smiling faces greeted us as we walked in. We never feel rushed and everyone takes the time to make sure we are okay throughout the entire visit. We recommend this urgent care to everyone.
I never do reviews but I have to say the Dr. who took care of my 11 yr old son after his skating accident ( which will be the first of many to come) was amazing. She talked him through it and was sooooo patient. He had to have stitches in his lip and a part of his tooth went through his upper chin. Being an athlete herself, she connected with my son. I would definitely come here again for any other “light” emergencies that my be incurred in the future.
I'm a little slow with my review, but I wanted to thank the Dr. that did an amazing job of taping my 90 year old father's thin skinned elbow back together. The patience and time he took was amazing. The next day we ended up at Scipps and the Dr's there were very complimentary of the job done and didn't touch it, felt it was perfect like it was. He's has healed wonderfully and his GP just chuckles at what happened and how well the tape job worked! Thank you.
