I was not granted the services that I asked for. The doctor was excellent but the MA was not very attentive and did not relay to the doctor the services in which I asked for.
When checking in we did not even really receive a greeting. We were just told to scan the QR code. Fill out the paperwork and check in. They have a sign behind the check-in desk that says it’s all about you, but we did not feel welcome. After completing our paperwork, we have Medicare and Blue Cross Blue Shield.
