I woke up feeling extremely ill and could barely hold my head up. I was experiencing body aches, coughing, and a runny nose. I had originally scheduled an appointment at another location, but while driving I decided to stop at this location instead because I simply did not feel well enough to continue driving. When I walked in and saw that Dr. Jessie Austin was the MD on duty, it immediately put me at ease. He was absolutely amazing—very kind, informative, and attentive. Still here. Probably not a good idea to ask review while I am still sitting in the back waiting to see the dr.
Extremely long & cold wait time. Requested a blanket and only rcvd one after a second request, which was 45 mins later. Regardless of the time of day, the level of service should remain high, especially when you're dealing with people's health.
This urgent care has been the worst I have ever been to I waited a total of 2 hours, no apologies for the wait and they were busy but not busy as I had seen others be and they get patients in and out at other urgent care. I can't believe how nonchalant and slow they were. The elderly came in and needed assistance with the technology part to sign in no help. I just don't understand, why??? Then I waited in the room at least 10 minutes or more why???? Customer service ain't what it use to be even in medical cate
