Bill has been the perfect trainer for the past 8 weeks. He took me from cardiac rehab to feeling confident and building my strength. Bill met me where I was and increased the workouts as appropriate. He is pleasant and supportive. I will continue with him; I trust him.
Good gym at reasonable prices, although the trainer hourly rates are very high comp compared to area averages according to NASM
I had an incredible stretch and manual therapy session with Carley! She worked through all my knots and helped restore my range of motion — I felt a noticeable difference right away. She explained everything she was doing throughout the process, which made me feel informed and comfortable. Highly recommend her if you’re looking for someone knowledgeable, attentive, and effective! Can’t wait till my comp to nail my lifts now. If you’re an athlete, you need these sessions with Carley to get you right. Thank me later.
