I love AFC Radnor! It's a beautiful, bright, cheerful space with amazing equipment and fitness trainers. Everyone is polite and pleasant. They seem to love what they do. I have always struggled to feel motivated to go to the gym with consistency. After finding AFC Radnor, I can say that I look forward to exercising! The classes are so fun, and the trainers are knowledgeable. Also, the facility and equipment are clean and in good condition.
Stephen is fabulous. He pushes me because he knows I want to be pushed. He’s so polite and pleasant. He loves what he does and it shows. I’m almost 76 and beginning to see the results I want after only two months with him. Margo P
Love this gym! I train very hard and often, so cryotherapy really helps me with recovery as aches and pains magically disappear. All the equipment is new and the class instructors are very professional and friendly. The café has quality food for reasonable prices. There is also a pool of you are into swimming. Although it is on the pricier side, I've been a member for over a year. I inquired about adding on my disabled son for a 3-6 months too as he has to move back home for a bit. I was quoted half my monthly rate ( $50...same as the student rate)from Catie, but when I went to sign him up Ashley would not let Catie honour the promised rate, so I quit then and there!
