Can't wait to start I was in for my tour of the esthetics program in May (my friend graduated in 2011) and was impressed with the staff and the students. Everyone was so professional and friendly, lots of smiling faces. All of my questions and more were answered. Based on the information and professionalism I received I decided to attend this school. The evening class is going to be best for me simply because have a family and a fulltime job.
Fantastic Institution I was looking for a school for skin care for awhile. I searched the internet & I saw the Aesthetics Northwest Institution. When I was going to my facialist in California I remember seeing her diploma on the wall and she was a graduate from the Aesthetics Northwest Institute. Fashionista goes Esto I have been in the fashion industry for over 20 years. Due to the recession and the decline in the economy, layoffs and foreclosures it was a real wake up call for me. fantastic education I recently graduated from Aesthetics Northwest. I found the experience absolutely wonderful. The instructors were very knowledgeable and helpful. They were always ready to answer any questions we had. Being a registered nurse and having worked in the medical field for 20 years I still found the experience very enlightening and uplifting. Excellent Pedicures I have been going to ABC for years now for pedicures. Their staff and students are very knowledgeable and provide excellent service. They care about what they are providing and take as much time needed to get it done right. They do not rush through the painting or massage, which makes it all the more relaxing. I highly recommend them to everyone!
Not worth wasting your time or money here (student's perspective) I was very disappointed in my experience as a student here. The instructors are not helpful at all. They continuously give the students clients without any supervision. I hardly felt confident in my abilities to perform many procedures on my clients because the instructors don't teach these procedures. They give the student a handout and leave the room while the student "practices" on a client as their method of "teaching." The instructors are unapproachable b... read more
Do not waste your time here! Well, I have to say I knew not to expect a typical spa treatment/environment as it is a '"school" however what I noticed convinced me to never go back. The school is not clean it's really dirty, the bathroom the customers use had garbage spilling out of the trash can and this was at 10 am in the morning, not at the end of a busy day! The student that waxed me did a good job, but she struggled with the wax, apparently it was old and was not warm enough, the student next to her was really strugglin... read more
