Prompt response, evaluation & install. We weren't planning to replace the unit but Gary seemed knowledgable so we did. He allowed us to borrow an air purifying system but after spending $ on new CVS couldn't rationalize spending an additional $1500. Maybe in the future because we have 2 dogs & 4 cats.
The central vac replacement, whilst not chap, seems to be a high -quality piece of eqipment
Service tech Gary was very knowledgeable and I expect them to do an excellent job with the repair and re-installation.

The sales person, Garry and installer, Robby conducted themselves as professionals throughout this project. The central vac was delivered on the date promised and the installation process and instructions went smoothly. I am a pleased customer.

Garry Boggs was great about checking our system & used his vacuum to try to pull out clog . I was pleased with the service man. I am pleased with new central vacuum.
