Gary Boggs was a very pleasant service provider. He was prompt, professional, and very informative. I will definately use Aerus in the future!
Garry Boggs was great about checking our system & used his vacuum to try to pull out clog . I was pleased with the service man. I am pleased with new central vacuum.

Aerus was great to work with. Installed quickly, professionally, and provided thorough training. Great transaction.
The installation was far from professional. I am still waiting on pieces that were promised at the time of the sale. It took four visits for the installers to complete the job. I never received a final bill or any paperwork for that matter. It has been two months. My husband has also had to fix an outlet that was not securely fastened to the wall. On time, Professional, Honest, shrill sound when using cental vaccum system.advised me of the problem and would correct itself, something small lodged in unit, will work it's way out when used. What a nice suprise to have an Honest Technician and yes I would definitely recommend him to anyone.
