Aerus was great to work with. Installed quickly, professionally, and provided thorough training. Great transaction.
The installation was far from professional. I am still waiting on pieces that were promised at the time of the sale. It took four visits for the installers to complete the job. I never received a final bill or any paperwork for that matter. It has been two months. My husband has also had to fix an outlet that was not securely fastened to the wall. On time, Professional, Honest, shrill sound when using cental vaccum system.advised me of the problem and would correct itself, something small lodged in unit, will work it's way out when used. What a nice suprise to have an Honest Technician and yes I would definitely recommend him to anyone.
Very professional. Prompt and great follow up
The installation was a retrofit into a 22 year old house. The installers were on time and very professional. It took about 5 hours. The vacuum is very easy to operate and excellent performance. We have a lot of pet hair to contend with and the Electrolux is the solution. Great for vacuuming the stairs too. I wish I had installed this years ago.
Great service, they were on time and provided a details on the issue and resolution. Everthing was good, the product is a bit expensive. I had to buy a new Central Vaccum - Electrolux.
Prompt and came out on a Saturday. I had a good idea on pricing over the phone. Would recommend.
