They did a great job, I have nothing but praise to give them, one of the best companies and they provided great work.
The Aerus team was very professional, responsive & they delivered all that was promised! Garry, came to my home on Monday am & completed by Wednesday pm. Garry had a full of knowledge about the vacuum system that I was interested in and the system was completed and professionally installed by Tiffany & Robbie, who overcame the "prebuilt " home issues, that another company declined to do. Also, the system cost me half the amount of the first company's quote!!! This company is a 10! Paula W
I have used this company before and they have always been extremely responsive. Their response time is excellent. They are extremely professional. The first time I called them they responded almost immediately and dealt with the problem. The cost to us for the repair was under $50.00. Today our Central Vacuum System stopped working. Within 5 minutes they responded to my call and within 30 minutes they were at our house diagnosing the problem. call came right away even tho it was Sat. and i got a call 1st thing Monday AM. Serviceman was prompt, friendly and i felt it was worth the $50.00
They were very professional, very knowledgable and very easy to work with. I would definitely recommend them.
Very very reliable, knowledgeable and prompt in service. I will highly highly recommend. I have come across very few people on this earth who are truly nice and reliable and Garry and Brian (father and son) are among those.
This was just a clogged vent but Vern was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I would call again.
