Received a callback within 10 minutes of our call to them, and a very satisfactory home visit within an hour; shortest response time I've ever experienced from any service personnel. Vacuum system was replaced quite efficiently the next day to our complete satisfaction.

The Aerus team was very professional, responsive & they delivered all that was promised! Garry, came to my home on Monday am & completed by Wednesday pm. Garry had a full of knowledge about the vacuum system that I was interested in and the system was completed and professionally installed by Tiffany & Robbie, who overcame the "prebuilt " home issues, that another company declined to do. Also, the system cost me half the amount of the first company's quote!!! This company is a 10! Paula W
I have used this company before and they have always been extremely responsive. Their response time is excellent. They are extremely professional. The first time I called them they responded almost immediately and dealt with the problem. The cost to us for the repair was under $50.00. Today our Central Vacuum System stopped working.
