Sparkling clean room, comfortable bed, welcoming staff -- a wonderful addition to Sioux Falls. Strongly recommend if you have an early flight and live out of town.

My husband and I were treated very badly by both the evening and morning receptionists last night and then this morning.I have written a full letter to the manager detailing our very disappointing experience. The property is nice. I am so very sorry I cannot say that about the two employees who were the opposite!!!
Incredibly clean and even more conveniently located. The walk from the front desk to the American Airlines ticket counter takes maybe twenty seconds. This is and will continue to be my hotel of choice when staying in Sioux Falls. The only draw back and reason for "only" four stars is the lack of microwave and mini-fridge in the room.
Nice place, comfortable beds. Don't like the fact that there is no breakfast and you have to pay for parking.
