Worse customer service in a hotel. The front desk help is extremely rude.
I paid $132 for a room here when down the street it’s 1/2 the price with more amenities and 4 star hotels. I really wanted to be steps from the airport and they promised a good complimentary breakfast at 4am. I was sorely disappointed when they scammed me, and set out bananas and some measily vending machine muffins as their entire breakfast offering for that steep price. if I would have known that I would have went down the street. So comfortable so relaxed the atmosphere had me in bed and wouldn’t let me go .....
Very convenient, especially since our arriving flight was very late and our departing flight was very early. It was so nice to be just literally steps from our room. Extremely clean and efficient. The rooms are small and not fancy, but it is very quiet and the beds are so comfy! A continental breakfast would have been nice, but I get it: the airport restaurants are very close. My husband asked for (and received) a room with a runway view, which he loved. We will definitely stay again.
Very nice place. We stayed on the fourth floor our window face the runway at the airport you could not hear the planes taking off but you could see them pretty nifty. Would've gave them a five star but they serve no continental breakfast. And you had to pay eight dollars to park Otherwise very clean friendly.
